About the Program
Ezekiel Emanuel, Chair of the Department of Bioethics at the Clinical Center of the National Institutes of Health presents his plan to re-imagine the nation's healthcare system. According to Dr. Ezekiel, the United States spent 2.1 trillion dollars on healthcare in 2007 yet 47 million Americans were uninsured.
