John Ross, executive editor of American Heritage magazine, recounts the life of Robert Rogers considered the father of America's special forces. Rogers combined European technology and Native American flexibility and stealth tactics to create a military plan that was used during the American Revolution.  John Ross discusses his book at Fort Ticonderoga in Ticonderoga, New York.
