About the Program
Col. David Fitz Enz (USA-Ret), army officer for thirty years and author of a history of the battle at Plattsburgh, presents a fictional account about the War of 1812. The author conjectures on what would have happened had the British won the battle of Plattsburgh on September 11, 1814 by sending the Duke of Wellington to lead the British army against the Americans and Major General Andrew Jackson. Col. Fitz Enz presents his book at Fort Ticonderoga in Ticonderoga, New York.
